Step 1: Sign & Set Up Billing

Check your inbox for your Client Services Agreement (e-signature) and your first invoice, both arrive from KBG Media within minutes of your welcome email. Sign the agreement and complete payment setup, and step one is done.

Step 2: Set Up Your Marketing Tools

  • Create your free Metricool account: https://f.mtr.cool/VZVXLF

  • Connect ALL your social media accounts inside Metricool

  • In Metricool settings, add [email protected] as a Team Member

  • Reply to your welcome email with "Metricool done" so we can confirm access

Step 3: Send Us Your Brand Assets

Send your logo, brand guide, photos, videos, and any marketing materials. Your welcome email contains your personal upload link — everything lands directly in your client folder.

Step 4: Book Your 3 Onboarding Sessions

Book all three now — Session 1: Content Planning (week 1) · Session 2: Analytics Review (week 2) · Session 3: Strategy Alignment (week 3).
